Can you shipping oversea ?Basically, we deliver our products all over Thailand, but we can shipping the products for you wherever you are.

Do you have setup service and after service ?Yes, we do. For Bangkok and nearby provinces, we will offer setup and service for you. For others provinces, we provide you a manual of specific model for you. Overall, our dehumidifiers and humidifiers are extremely simple to setup.

Which models provide water tank ?There are only two models that provide water tank: ZN-12, ZN-26 and ZN-60. For other models, you have to setup a water pipe to drain out.
